Terms and conditions of sales through DeeChristopher.com
When you buy from DeeChristopher.com, you will be taken through the following steps; add to cart, payment details, confirmation of order, payment processing, order details and download links. (where applicable) If you have purchase a printed book or any other hard goods, these will be shipped within 30 days of your order.
If there is any errors in your orders, please email to correct these as soon as possible. This will ensure that your goods go to the correct address and if you need to cancel your order, you will be refunded in full if:
- You bought a download and you have not downloaded the content.
- The book has not yet shipped.
- The book is returned in 'as new' condition to the address you will be given via email.
We are in the business of selling secrets, usually via electronic medium. The UK law recognises a 14 day 'cooling off period.' This means that you can request an order cancelation within this period, with no questions asked as long as you follow the bullet points above. Outside the 'cooling off' period
If you are a loyal customer who has purchased from us before (downloading free ebooks does not count as a purchase) we will always work with you to resolve your problems. For first time customers the following refund rules apply. (Due to thieves who have tried to abuse our return policy we reserve the right to refuse refunds to anybody who deliberately attempts to deceive us.)
We will issue refunds if:
- The ebook or product is damaged, such as missing chapters, and we cannot provide a replacement in less than a week.
- The ebook description was wrong and it is a different ebook or something substantially different than the description claims.
- You could not download the ebook. Please note that we are logging download activity and do see when and how often you download an ebook and if the download was successful or not. Lying to us will not get you your refund. But if you have a legitimate technical problem that we cannot resolve we will issue a refund. It is helpful if you send us error messages and screenshots to document your problems.
We will not issue refunds if you did not like the ebook or product, or think it was badly written or produced, or if you think it was a waste of your time or money. We are not an arbiter of quality or taste. We are a digital media retailer who provides a wide selection of products. Some will not be suitable for you, some will offend certain people, others will be considered a waste of time and or money. It is up to you to first research the product, ask us questions and then buy.
For non-digital goods we do not issue refunds. If something arrived broken or it is a manufacturing error we will send a replacement. Please email a photo and description of the defect.
The Law that Governs this Web Site
This agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law, the principal place of business of DeeChristopher.com, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to bring any claims against DeeChristopher.com exclusively in the English courts . If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
